Across its two production plants, the machinery and equipment fleet includes four batching plants with electronic dosing of materials, a wide range of moulds for the production of precast elements, and handling lines — including dumpers for transporting concrete, forklifts, tractors and mobile cranes.

One of the two sites houses an in-house materials-testing laboratory, where all research, development and control activities are carried out daily in accordance with current regulations. In this respect, and as a guarantee of quality products, STAI can boast UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, the UNI certifications for CE-marked products (13224_13225_13693_14991_14992_12839_14843), product certification in compliance with Ministerial Decree of 02/04/1998, and the SOA OS13 attestation.

The Group has earned numerous certificates of recognition over the course of its experience: UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification issued by ICMQ for its Quality System; ICMQ certification of the energy performance of infill (cladding) panels; CE marking for linear, ribbed and special elements for roofing, foundations, stairs and fencing; and SOA OS13 certification for participation in public tenders.
