Construction of a large, next-generation logistics hub, designed to support intensive storage, distribution and goods-handling flows. The building covers a large footprint and features a prefabricated structure optimised for high structural and functional performance. The project included numerous loading bays, designed to ensure fast loading and unloading operations and efficient management of vehicle traffic. The roof was prepared for the installation of photovoltaic systems, contributing to the complex's energy sustainability. The internal layout of spaces, combined with the precise execution of the prefabricated structures, delivers maximum operational flexibility, safety and continuity of operations, meeting the needs of a well-structured, high-traffic logistics operator.
